MC25 Point Defense Escort Frigate The Mon Cals specialize in large warships with big guns. After ending the Consortium Wars against Tyber Zann, they learned the need of needing escort frigates for anti-fighter defense such as the MC30. The MC25 was developed after viewing the effectiveness of the Consortium's Crusader corvette. The MC25 features advanced tracking sensors and 8 point defense lasers mounted along the flanks. For added defense, the MC25 has 4 dual barrel medium turbolaser turrets and the special ability of "power to weapons" to super charge energy to the light lasers (AA weaponry) mounted within the gun blisters.
