A rugged flying tank of a starfighter, the E-wing featured superior armor and firewpoer while matching the same speeds and shielding of the X-wing. Designed for escort duty, the E-wings were ruggedly built to take a beating in the midst of battles, often flying in the thick of combat. Armed with 3 medium lasers, an upgraded version of the T65-Xwings's lasers and a single proton torpedo launcher, The E-Wing's job was to survive and fend off anything that came too close to capital ships.
